Mexico Mountain Water Processed Fair Trade Organic. The lot is made up of Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon varietals and is grown at altitudes between 4000-5200 feet from the Chiapas region in Mexico, the country's most noted coffee growing region. GRAPOS or Grupo de Asesores de Produccion Organica y Sustentable S.C. is a group of coffee producers in the state of Chiapas in the southern Mexico fairly close to Guatemala. The cooperative works with area smallholder farms to produce organic, sustainable coffee.
